Plateau groups cut across the seventeen local government areas of the state ha s commanded the general officer commanding 3 armoured division and commander operation safe haven major general Abdulsalam Abubakar on his giants strides in maintaining and sustaining peace on the plateau despite the numerous challenges being faced in the course of duty
Below are some of the GOC/Commander OPSH Maj-Gen EA Abubakar dispositional qualities demonstrated from his resumption as the GOC/Commander OPSH

2.Responding to distressed calls and sometimes reached to the scene areas himself even at mid-night
3.Keep his phone number open for 24hrs recieving calls on security alerts
4.Deployed the needed Alternative Disputes Resolutions mechanisms through interfacing with the relevant stakeholders in the state such as the traditional rulers, Religious leaders,Youths and other civil society organizations all in collaboration with the Government under the H:E Governor Caleb Mutfwang who is equally passionate towards restoring peace in the state
4,The Military General who is his professional services has never found wanting of bias tendency all through the period he assumed office to date
5.He also show patriotism outside his regimental orientation by extending his charitable services to some communities by providing social services,Youth empowerment and addressing the Youths against drugs abused and restiveness
The group urged all sector Commanders across the 17 LGAs is urged to emulates the leadership mantra of the GOC/ OPSH Commander in carrying out their constitutional duties,,and also called on the the state relevant stakeholders and the citizens to give the Military the needed cooperations as peace remains everybody concerns
