Speaker Plateau State House of Assembly Rt Hon Yakubu Yackson Sanda, has set-up a Five man committee to lias with the family of late Hon Eric Dakogol, member representing Quaapan North Constituency for a befitting burial arrangements.
The Speaker who spoke through his Deputy Rt Hon Saleh Yipmong, described the death of Hon Dakogol as a huge loss to the entire members of the assembly, the immediate family, the people of Quaapan and indeed Plateau State as a whole.

He noted that as a house they will missed a loyal, honest, loving, compassionate colleague, friend and brother who’s heart of human kindness and jovial spirit will forever speak volume of his personality and a legislator per excellent.
He noted that, late Hon Eric Dakogol, was among the Strong pillars in sharpening the legislative framework of the 9th Assembly, adding that his commitment in addressing the challenges of his constituents and his sound contributions on Bills and Motions on the floor of the chambers will be greatly missed.
He urged the family to accept the Lost as the will of God and pray for God’s comfort to the family, and the people of Qua’apan.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Council Chairman of Qua’apan, Hon Ernest Da’a, while appreciating members for the visit, noted that they are strengthen with the show of love.
He noted that, late Hon Eric Dakogol was indeed a bridge builder, who’s focus is on the Peace, Unity and development of his People.
The Speaker and his delegation also visited the residence of Barr Caleb Mutfwang, in Rayfield to condole with him over the demise of his Mother, late Mama Briskila Manasseh Mutfwang.
While Commiserating with the family, Sanda noted that, Mama’s motherly advice and love will be greatly missed, adding that the spiritual upbringing She bequeathed on her Children and her immediate community is worthy of emulation.
Responding on behalf of the family, Barrister Caleb Mutfwang, PDP Governorship flag bearer in the State, appreciated the visit and show of love.
He noted, that Mama Briskila’s humble, kindhearted and resourceful posture will forever remaining evergreen in the hearts of the family and many who came in contact with her.
